Bookings & Payments

To hold your safari dates, we kindly ask for a small upfront deposit — usually around 30% — which secures your reservation. The remaining balance is flexible and can be arranged closer to your travel date. We'll always confirm the full details with you before any payment is due, so there are no surprises. Payments can be made easily via bank transfer, M-Pesa, or credit card.

Changes & Cancellations

We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to adjust or cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible — we'll always do our best to find a solution that works for you, whether that's rescheduling, transferring to a different date, or working out a fair partial refund. The earlier you reach out, the more options we have to help.

• More than 30 days before travel: Full refund (just a small processing fee may apply)
• 15–30 days before travel: We'll work with you on a partial refund or a flexible reschedule
• Less than 15 days before travel: We'll still do our best to help and offer rescheduling where possible
• If we ever have to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, we'll always refund you in full
