Welcome! We're so happy you're planning a safari with us. These simple terms are here to make sure everything goes smoothly — think of them as our friendly guide to how we work together.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Every adventure starts with a simple request. Once you've chosen your safari, we'll confirm availability with you personally. A small deposit — usually around 30% — gently holds your dates, and we'll always confirm the full details with you before any money changes hands. No hidden steps, just a smooth and easy start.

2. Pricing & Payments

Prices are shown in USD per person and are helpful estimates. Your final quote is prepared on request and may vary slightly with season, accommodation, and group size — we'll always share it clearly with you before you commit. Payments are processed securely via Paystack (M-Pesa and card), and we're happy to answer any questions about how it all works.

3. Changes & Cancellations

We completely understand that plans can change — life is full of surprises! Whenever possible, we'd rather find a way to make it work than let you lose out. Just let us know as soon as you can, and we'll do our best to help:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund of your deposit — easy as that.
• 15–30 days before departure: We'll work with you on a fair partial refund or a flexible reschedule.
• Less than 15 days before departure: We'll still do our best to help and offer rescheduling wherever possible.

And if we ever have to cancel due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, you'll always receive a full refund.

4. Getting Ready for Your Trip

To make your journey smooth, we'll help you check what you'll need — passports, visas, and any recommended vaccinations. We'll guide you through the essentials so you can travel with confidence and peace of mind.

5. Your Safety & Comfort

Your wellbeing is our top priority. Please share any medical conditions, dietary needs, or personal preferences with us at the time of booking — we'll happily tailor things to suit you. Our guides are trained in first aid and genuinely care about your comfort and safety at every step.

6. Your Privacy

Your information is used only to arrange your booking and improve your experience with us. We never sell your data, and we only share details with trusted partners when it's needed to make your trip happen.
